STRATEGIC PROJECTS COORDINATOR
ABOUT THE ROLE:
If so, we invite you to apply for the position of Project Coordinator at our organisation.. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in coordinating and supporting various projects aimed at enhancing the student experience and advancing our institutional goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of assigned projects in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and resource constraints.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or barriers, and take proactive measures to mitigate issues and ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
Liaise with internal departments, external partners, and funding bodies to facilitate communication, collaboration, and alignment of project activities.
Prepare regular progress reports, presentations, and other documentation to update senior management, governing bodies, and project stakeholders on project status, achievements, and challenges.
Organise meetings, workshops, and training sessions to engage stakeholders, gather input, and promote project awareness and buy-in.
Support the development and implementation of project-related policies, procedures, and quality assurance mechanisms to uphold best practices and compliance standards.
Assist in the identification of funding opportunities, grant applications, and fundraising initiatives to support the sustainability and expansion of project initiatives.
Excellent organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively are a must for this role as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels.

As the College supports a number of children and vulnerable adults, all staff are exempt from Section 4(2) of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
