Would you be confident to telephone important contacts and clients to clinch deals, make arrangements, and/or brainstorm ideas?
Are you highly motivated, well organised and with lots of initiative?
Do you have social media skills (campaigns, films, graphic design etc)?
Based at Rentadinosaur’s HQ in Orpington, you will be part of a fun and friendly, but very busy, team in our home office covering various aspects of our work, such as events organisation and sales, and organising a theatre show tour.
Dino HQ – 20 mins walk to Orpington station (BR5). Check if you can commute before you apply, please.
There may be a chance for this becoming a full time role if your skills relate to other aspects of our work. Initially this is a 9 month project with chance to stay on for longer.
(3 month probationary period)
You would also attend as well as organise special performances around the UK! Events travel/lodgings provided.
RentaDinosaur has been a leading provider in dinosaur entertainment for almost 9 years, with some of the most realistic life-sized dinosaur puppets in the UK. Our dinosaurs travel nationwide and beyond and bring laughter, educational entertainment along with a little mischief and madcap fun!
Our home office is a busy work environment but always full of dinosaurs, a little madness, as well as 2 sweet-natured cats – so a cat lover would be ideal!
We’re keen for you to start a.s.a.p.
Able to travel or tour at times (some weekends/school holidays)
Salary: Depends on age and experience – starting from £11-13 per hour. Plus potential goal-related bonuses.

Liaising with theatres and other indoor/outdoor venues to pitch new initiatives – and help organise these events.
- Making telephone calls to potential and repeat clients
- – building relations/clinching new deals & repeat bookings.
- Assisting with and organising a variety of small and huge fun filled family events.
- Organising tours, budgets, logistics, booking puppeteers and exhibitions.
- Using your excellent written skills to write informative and fun emails, client proposals, website copy, and occasional grant applications – without using AI!
- Admin, CRM Database and spreadsheets
