Freedom At Your Desk

“Have you stretched, stretched and stretched your neck again to relieve symptoms of aches and pains when sitting at your desk? But are you getting no significant long-term relief?
“Well, simply stretching isn’t always the answer!”
In his talk, Hoss will explain why and show you some alternative exercises to do at your desk.

These will help to reduce your symptoms for longer, the next time you need to stretch the area.
As well as the talk, you’ll have the opportunity to network with other attendees in small breakout rooms – we’ll help you with discussion topics if you’re not sure what to talk about.
