The Start Up Bromley Business Week will run Monday 14 March – Saturday 19 March and will include: workshops, a business panel and the Business Pitch Competition Final. Ending the week will be the Spring Marketplace at Contingent Works on Saturday 19 March (11:00 – 16:00).

Taking place in the Business Lounge of Orpington Library.

The third day of workshops will be on Human Resources (HR).

About the workshop:

This workshop will cover HR essentials for small businesses such as hiring employees, and HR policies and processes etc. This will be an informal information session over lunch with a Q&A at the end.

About the host:

Fiona Groutage works at GLL (Greenwich Leisure Limited) and is a qualified HR professional, with over 25 years of HR experience in a variety of industries from banking to travel, leisure and libraries, specialising in recruitment and training. Fiona also has an broad understanding of other HR considerations required through an employee life-cycle.
