Start Up Bromley hosts Sybil Mayard of Sybiltech in an introduction to e-commerce: Building an online store to sell your products & services

About this event

The Start Up Bromley Business Week will run Monday 14 March – Saturday 19 March and will include: workshops, a business panel and the Business Pitch Competition Final. Ending the week will be the Spring Marketplace at Contingent Works on Saturday 19 March (11:00 – 16:00).

Taking place in the Workshop Room at Bromley Central Library.

The first of those workshops will be on e-commerce.

About the workshop:

This workshop is for anyone who is interested in using e-commerce to sell their products and services online.

An introduction to e-commerce and its advantages/disadvantages
The most common e-commerce platforms
Building an online store using Shopify
How to market your online business
No prior experience of e-commerce or website development is needed to attend this workshop.

About the host:

Sybil Mayard (MSc Computer Science) founded Sybiltech in 2020, to provide affordable website development and e-commerce services to small businesses. Since then, she has helped over 20 SMEs, both in the UK and abroad, to improve their online presence

If you wish to attend the event and are not already a member, you will need to register with Start Up Bromley first.

Start Up Bromley is operated by GLL on behalf of Bromley Council and provides support to aspiring entrepreneurs and new businesses in the borough of Bromley.
