DESCRIPTION:Start Up Bromley holds an information Q&A Session on an introduction to Human Resources for small businesses\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout this event\n\n\nThe Start Up Bromley Business Week will run Monday 14 March – Saturday 19 March and will include: workshops\, a business panel and the Business Pitch Competition Final. Ending the week will be the Spring Marketplace at Contingent Works on Saturday 19 March (11:00 – 16:00). \nTaking place in the Business Lounge of Orpington Library. \nThe third day of workshops will be on Human Resources (HR). \nAbout the workshop: \nThis workshop will cover HR essentials for small businesses such as hiring employees\, and HR policies and processes etc. This will be an informal information session over lunch with a Q&A at the end. \nAbout the host: \nFiona Groutage works at GLL (Greenwich Leisure Limited) and is a qualified HR professional\, with over 25 years of HR experience in a variety of industries from banking to travel\, leisure and libraries\, specialising in recruitment and training. Fiona also has an broad understanding of other HR considerations required through an employee life-cycle. \n  \nIf you wish to attend the event and are not already a member\, you will need to register with Start Up Bromley first. \nStart Up Bromley is operated by GLL on behalf of Bromley Council and provides support to aspiring entrepreneurs and new businesses in the borough of Bromley.
