DESCRIPTION:Start Up Bromley hosts Sybil Mayard of Sybiltech in an introduction to e-commerce: Building an online store to sell your products & services \nAbout this event \nThe Start Up Bromley Business Week will run Monday 14 March – Saturday 19 March and will include: workshops\, a business panel and the Business Pitch Competition Final. Ending the week will be the Spring Marketplace at Contingent Works on Saturday 19 March (11:00 – 16:00). \nTaking place in the Workshop Room at Bromley Central Library. \nThe first of those workshops will be on e-commerce. \nAbout the workshop: \nThis workshop is for anyone who is interested in using e-commerce to sell their products and services online. \nAn introduction to e-commerce and its advantages/disadvantages\nThe most common e-commerce platforms\nBuilding an online store using Shopify\nHow to market your online business\nNo prior experience of e-commerce or website development is needed to attend this workshop. \nAbout the host: \nSybil Mayard (MSc Computer Science) founded Sybiltech in 2020\, to provide affordable website development and e-commerce services to small businesses. Since then\, she has helped over 20 SMEs\, both in the UK and abroad\, to improve their online presence \nIf you wish to attend the event and are not already a member\, you will need to register with Start Up Bromley first. \nStart Up Bromley is operated by GLL on behalf of Bromley Council and provides support to aspiring entrepreneurs and new businesses in the borough of Bromley.
